General Objectives: 

This course is of utmost importance to all those who internally and externally take investment decisions and those who deal with investment tools and portfolios to understand and evaluate institutions and companies listed in financial markets of all segments.

        - Income statement
        - Cash flow statement
        - Changes in equity statement
        - Notes

• Analysis and use of financial statements:

        - Measurement of the entity's liquidity and financial creditworthiness
        - Measurement of the company's competence in managing its available resources
        - Estimate of the company's revenue strength by analyzing its profitability

• Making use of financial analysis in taking share decisions:

       - Share profitability
       - Determination of share market price
       - Evaluation of entity

• Introduction to financial derivatives as investment and hedging tools:

        - Options
        - Forward deals
        - Futures
        - Swaps
