TAG-College is a unique partnership between a government entity and the private sector. The resources of the Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization, the largest firm of professional services in the Arab world, supplement the resources available to government universities. As such TAG-College is endowed with resources to make it a Center of Excellence, and become a world renowned college.
The Admissions Board requests that one recommendation be from a current or recent supervisor, and prefers that the other be from a professional reference. Recommenders should be those who know the candidate well and who can attest to the candidate's leadership ability.
Yes. TAG-College requires a minimum TOEFL score of 80 out of 120 on an Internet based test (iBT) which is equivalent to 550 on a paper based test (PBT), or a minimum IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 6.0. Students who do not meet the English language requirements are not admitted to TAG-College.
TOEFL/IELTS scores are valid for two years.
The motto of TAG-College is “Where the Gifted become Leaders. As such, TAG-College only accepts those students who are expected to do very well in its programs. In addition to high academic accomplishments in their undergraduate programs, applicants to TAG-College should demonstrate a high level of competence in the English language.
TAG-College is fully accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan. TAG-College is in the final step of obtaining the special European accreditation of the Federation International for Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), Germany. Graduates of TAG-College should find no difficulty getting their degrees recognized outside Jordan.
TAG-College is authorized to grant an MBA degree with the option of taking electives in the following concentrations: International Accounting, Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Banking & Finance and Quality Management.
Admission to the graduate programs is open to any qualified holder of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university regardless of the undergraduate field of preparation.
The MBA program consists of 42 credit hours. Included in the 42 credit hours are 30 credit hours of core courses. The remaining hours represent required courses in several business fields and subjects.
TAG-College's program was designed to meet the high standards of international accrediting bodies and as such they may be longer than the programs offered by other local universities.
A student can be a full-timer or a part-timer. The minimum period of residence for full-time students to complete their MBA program is 16 months, while the minimum period of residence for part-time students to complete the program is 2 years.
Each class meets once a week for 3 hours. It is offered at 5:00 p.m. Courses are offered six nights a week and a student is free to enroll in as many courses as he/she wishes.

Students who are unable to complete their program within the maximum allowable period of 10 semesters will have to apply to the Dean of TAG-College for an extension and provide valid reasons for their request.
All courses require physical attendance in the classroom. TAG-College does not offer any course by correspondence or online.
Tuition fees have been set at J.D. 275 per credit hour. In addition to tuition fees, a one-time admission fee of J.D. 250 is charged and a registration fee of J.D. 100 per semester. Qualified candidates should not be discouraged by the high tuition fees as they may qualify for scholarships.
Applications for scholarships should be made to the Executive Director of TAG-College.The criteria for scholarships depend on the student major, the undergraduate cumulative average, the work experience of the applicant, and the demonstrated drive and ambition to excel.
TAG-College hires the most qualified faculty members in their fields who have a demonstrated record of experience and research. TAG-College attempts to hire faculty from within and outside the Arab world.
The Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization guarantees a job for every graduate of TAG-College. These jobs can be with the Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization or with its clients throughout the Arab world.
A number of positions can be filled by students of TAG-College. All TAG-College students who work for the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization are entitle to a 25% tuition reduction.
